In understanding dharma, Trungpa Rinpoche placed a strong emphasis on mindfulness/awareness meditation practice. Introducing this community practice of all day sitting interspersed with walking meditation gives us the opportunity to experience the full spectrum of our mind and meet it directly. The word nyinthun*, is Tibetan for “day session.” This is offered both online via Zoom, and sometimes in person in our shrine room in Wallingford, PA USA. We ask that participants be vaccinated. Practice is the first Sunday every month. Cushions & chairs provided…if you have a favorite cushion please bring it. Not knowing how many people will attend, you may want to bring your own cushion or chair . Schedule: First Sunday of every month Sit 9:30- 12:30PM Lunch ( silence) Sit 1:30-4:30 PM
