Deep release yoga and formless meditation

Explore breathwork, gentle movement and yin yoga poses in preparing the body and mind for seated formless meditation practice. We begin each session with 10 minutes of meditation including brief instruction of the technique and teaching about the practice. The session will move through gentle flow yoga, yin yoga, and breathing practices that conclude in savasana (final relaxation pose). We will then close with formless meditation and time for discussion. The class is designed for all yoga and meditation practitioners – newcomers and experienced alike - and is offered virtually every Monday, with the experimental opportunity to practice live at the Wisdom Seat Wallingford house once-a-month. Together we’ll discover if coming together live as a group enriches the experience and, if so, how frequently we’d like to make that happen.
