About the event
In this retreat for Vajrayana students (or students with an established and extensive mindfulness/awareness practice), Anam Thubten will give instruction in the Buddhist practice of formless meditation and discuss how such a simple “effortless” discipline offers access to a profound and timeless realization of our humanity.
This is both and in-person event, and online event.
Prerequisites: Vajrayana transmission from a qualified lineage holder/representative or by special permission.

For in-person attendees, we are requiring proof of a negative covid test a few days before the retreat. Our intention is to foster a shared atmosphere of safety and mutual respect for each other’s well-being. We will remain flexible as the retreat approaches and will adjust our Covid guidelines if needed.
Dates: Saturday, September 23rd and Sunday, September 24th
Expected schedule for both days:
- 10am - 12:30pm
- Lunch Break
- 2 - 4:30 PM
- Schedule subject to small adjustments

We have opened up: Overflow Downstairs Seating
Participants will be in the same building as the teacher, but will be downstairs and viewing the teachings on a video screen.
